ICC World Cup Qualifier 2014, New Zealand

New Zealand Cricket (NZC) will host the ICC Cricket World Cup Qualifier from 13 January to 1 February in 2014, which will be played at seven venues throughout New Zealand, namely: Hamilton, Mt Maunganui and New Plymouth in the North Island, and Christchurch, Lincoln, Rangiora and Queenstown in the South Island. A total of 34 matches will be played in the tournament.

According to the format of the tournament, the 10 teams will be equally divided into two groups with the top three sides from each group progressing to the Super Six stage. The top two sides from the Super Six stage will not only reach the final but will also qualify for the ICC Cricket World Cup 2015 to complete the 14-team tally.
